Who we are
This website is run by WADI JABAL JES USED MOTORCYCLE TR L.L.C, a used motorcycle trading business in Industrial Area 6, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This page explains what information we collect when you use our website or contact us, why we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you send us. Our website does not have accounts, and our forms do not save your details on our website. When you use the Export Quote form, book a video inspection or tap a WhatsApp button, your message opens in WhatsApp and is sent to us only when you press send. This can include:
- Your name, phone number and country
- The bikes, quantities or budget you ask about
- Anything else you choose to write in your message
Information from calls, emails and visits. If you call, email or visit our showroom, we keep the details you share with us, such as your contact details and the bike you are interested in.
When you buy a bike. To complete a sale and help with the registration transfer, we may need a copy of your Emirates ID or passport and other documents required by the UAE authorities.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, in server logs used for security and to keep the website running.
How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- Reply to your questions and send you prices, photos and videos
- Prepare quotes for exporters and bulk buyers
- Arrange showroom visits, video inspections and deliveries
- Complete sales, issue invoices and help with ownership transfer
- Meet our legal, tax and record-keeping duties in the UAE
- Keep our website safe and working properly
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Third-party services on our website
Some parts of our website are provided by other companies. They may collect information under their own privacy policies:
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us
- Google Maps, which shows our location on the contact section
- YouTube, when you play a bike video. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, so cookies are only set once you play a video
- Google Analytics (Google), only if you tap “Accept” on our cookie message. It counts visits and which pages and bikes are viewed
- Meta Pixel (Meta), only if you tap “Accept”. It helps us show our ads on Instagram and Facebook to people who visited our website
Cookies
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. If you tap “Accept”, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel set cookies so we can count visitors, see which bikes are popular and improve our ads. If you tap “Decline”, they are not loaded at all. We remember your choice in your browser.
The other third-party services listed above may set their own cookies when you use them.
How long we keep it
We keep chat and enquiry details for as long as they are useful to serve you. Sales records and invoices are kept for as long as UAE law requires. When we no longer need information, we delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it by law
- Stop contacting you

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, such as using a secure (HTTPS) connection and limiting who can access customer records. No website or messaging service is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive documents unless we ask for them for a sale.
